Number of micro-step breakdown of the set

By SW5-SW8 four DIP switches to set the drive micro-step breakdown of the number of its total of 16 stalls micro-step. When the user sets micro-step, stop the drive to run.Specific micro-step breakdown of the number of the setting, the drive surface layout instructions.

Output current setting

By SW1-SW3 three DIP switches to set the driver output current, the output current eight stalls. Specific output current, please drive surface layout instructions.

Automatic semi-flow function

Users can set the drive SW4 automatic semi-flow feature. Quiescent current is set off, said half of the dynamic current, on the static and dynamic current is the same current.General applications SW4 should be set to off, so that the motor and the drive to reduce fever, increased reliability. After the burst of about 0.4 seconds to stop automaticallyreduced to about half the current (60% of the actual value), heat theoretically reduced to 36%.

Signal Interface

Motor interface

Positive and negative terminals B + and B- then stepping motor phase winding B; positive and negative terminals A + and A- A stepper motor connected to the phase windings.When the A, B two-phase windings exchange, can reverse the motor direction.

Power Interface

AC supply voltage range is recommended for 18-80VAC, Power greater than 300W, voltage does not exceed 90VAC and not less than 24VAC.

Indicator

Drive has two red and green lights. Where the green light for the power indicator light, when the drive is powered green light; red fault indicator, when an overvoltage,overcurrent fault, the fault light is on. After the fault is cleared, the red light is off. When a drive fails, only the power on again and re-enabled in order to clear the fault.
